Welcome to my website, all about me! I am a current student at Georgia Southern University pursuing a bachelors degree for marketing with a minor in management.

Who is Madison Doherty?

Hi! I’m Madison Doherty, a junior at Georgia Southern University studying Marketing with a minor in Management. I’m a creative, responsible, and motivated person who enjoys connecting with others and finding new ways to turn ideas into opportunities.

Throughout college, I’ve discovered that I’m especially interested in social media marketing, branding, and creating engaging experiences for people. My experiences through school, work, and leadership have helped me become a strong communicator, problem solver, and team player. I enjoy taking initiative, learning new things, and stepping up when something needs to get done.

Outside of the classroom, I stay involved on campus through leadership and community activities. These experiences have taught me how to work with different people, manage responsibilities, and make a positive impact in my community.

As I continue my college journey, my goal is to build a career in social media marketing after graduation, ideally in a big city where I can continue growing creatively and professionally. I’m excited to keep learning, building my skills, and creating a career that reflects who I am: someone who is hardworking, creative, adaptable, and always willing to take on a new challenge.

Moving from England to the US during covid taught me how to be able to adapt quickly, and step out of my comfort zone.

I want to become a cheif marketing officer or vice president of marketing

I want to get my masters in digital marketing and/or brand management
